摘要 目的筛选最佳的挥发油包合物前期处理工艺。方法本研究以有机溶剂类型、有机溶剂的体积、提取时间为考察因素,以桂皮醛含量为评分指标,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取包合物,通过L9(34)正交试验,确定最佳提取工艺。色谱条件:程序升温:90~180℃;进样量:1μL,分流比为50:1。结果优选的最佳工艺为选择溶剂正丁醇,体积为2 mL,提取2 h。并且溶剂体积对本次实验有显著性影响。结论优选的最佳提取工艺通过验证科学可行,可广泛应用于包合物研究。 Objective To screen the best pretreatment technology of volatile search on factors and the type of organic solvent, solvent volume, extraction the score index, inclusion extracted by steam distillation method, through L9 oil inclusion compound. Methods The retime, the content of cinnamic aldehyde as (34) orthogonal test, the optimum extrac- tion process. Chromatographic conditions: temperature programmed: 90"180℃; injection volume: 1μL; split ratio was 50:1. Results The optimum process was the extraction of n-butanol, the volume was 2 mL, and the extraction time was 2 hours. And the volume of solvent had significant influence on this experiment. Conclusion The optimum extraction process is proved to be scientific and feasible, and it can be widely used in inclusion complex study.
