头针同步进行MOTOmed训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响 被引量:27

摘要 目的观察头针同步进行MOTOmed训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响。方法选取遵义医学院附属医院康复医学科2016年1月~2017年1月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组在头针治疗的同时进行MOTOmed训练,对照组给予头针治疗与MOTOmed训练分开进行,上午头针治疗,下午MOTOmed训练。治疗前及治疗8周后采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、FuglMeyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)下肢部分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、改良Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定。结果两组治疗后NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后FMA、BBS、MBI评分均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后FMA、BBS、MBI评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头针同步进行MOTOmed训练模式对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力的改善优于非同步模式。 Objective To observe the effect of scalp acupuncture therapy combined with synchronous MOTOmed training on lower limb function of hemiplegie patients after stroke. Methods Sixty patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted to Department of Rehabilitation, Affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. In the observation group, the MOTOmed training was applied during scalp acupuncture treatment. In the control group, the scalp acupuncture was done in the morning and the MOTOmed training was applied in the afternoon. The efficacy was evaluated by national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), Berg balance scale (BBS) and modified Barthel index (MBI) before and in eight weeks of treatment, respectively. Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P 〈 0.05), and the NIHSS scores of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The FMA, BBS and MBI scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment (P 〈 0.05), and the FMA, BBS and MBI scores of observation group after treatment were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion For the hemiplegic patients after stroke, the model of scalp acupuncture therapy combined with synchronous MOTOmed training achieves the superior improvements of the lower limb motor function, balance function and the activity of daily life as compared with non-synchronous model.
