摘要
目的:系统评价复方木尼孜其颗粒医治痤疮的疗效及相关的不良反应,为其后期临床应用的有效性及安全性提供循证医学参考依据。方法:通过应用组合的检索策略,检索中英文全文数据库(CNKI、VIP、WANFANG数据库及Pubmed),收集应用(单独或联合)复方木尼孜其颗粒(试验组)对比常规基础治疗药物(对照组)治疗痤疮的随机对照试验(RCT),筛选出符合纳入标准的临床研究文献,然后进行文献有效数据提取统计,并按照Cochrane系统评价员手册5.1.0进行质量评价,最后采用Rev Man5.3统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:符合标准的RCT共计12项,患者共计1 386例。Meta分析结果表明,试验组患者的总有效率(OR=2.92,95%CI=[2.29,3.73],P<0.001)和痊愈率(OR=2.24,95%CI=[1.72,2.93],P<0.001)均优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义。在安全性方面,有6项研究报道在治疗期间,治疗组或对照组出现恶心、呕吐、食欲下降等胃肠道不良反应;4项研究报道治疗组或对照组由于联合使用外用制剂出现红斑脱屑、皮肤干燥等皮肤过敏反应;1项研究报道治疗组有2例患者出现月经量减少症状,但上述不良反应均不影响治疗,且停药后症状均消失。结论:复方木尼孜其颗粒治疗痤疮临床疗效确切,不良反应轻微。
Objective:To systematically review the effectiveness and safety of Compound Muni Ziqi Particle in Treatment of Acne, and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. Methods : Retrieved from CNKI, VIP Database, Wan fang Database, and Pubmed, clinical trials about alone or combined with Compound Muni Ziqi Particle(test group) versus other conventional medicines (control group) in the treatment of Acne were collected. Meta analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 software after data ex tracting and quality evaluation using cochrane system evaluation manual 5.1.0. Results:Totally 12 RCTs were enrolled, involving 1386 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed total effective rate( OR = 2.92,95% CI =[2.29,3.73], P %0. 001)and total cure rate ( OR = 2.24,95% CI =[1. 72,2. 931, P %0. 001)in test group were sigitificantly better than control group, the differences were statistically significant between 2 groups; six study reported nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and other gastrointestinal reac tions during treatment, four study reported t skin dryness and other skin allergies during treatment; one study reported 2 patients with menstrual flow reduction during treatment, but All symptoms do not affect the treatment and Symptoms disappeared after dis- continuation. Conclusion:The Effectiveness of Compound Muni Ziqi Particle is good in Treatment of Acne, with mild adverse reactions.
