摘要 矿物类药材是中药材的重要组成部分,其资源丰富、疗效独特,但因产地来源众多、矿源情况不同,质量差异很大。电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)可实现不同元素、不同形态的测定,且灵敏度高,逐渐发展成为矿物药质量及安全性评价的关键技术。就其在清热、安神、化痰、解毒杀虫、散瘀5类矿物药质量控制中的应用情况加以综述,为其在矿物药质量评价方面的应用提供参考。 Mineral medicine is an important part of Chinese herbal medicine, which has abundant resources and unique efficacy. However, due to the numerous sources, mineral resources are different and have a large gap in quality. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can achieve the determination of different elements and different forms with high sensitivity and gradually devel ops into the key technologies of the mineral medicine quality and safety evaluation. In this paper, the application of the five kinds of mineral medicine in clearing heat, calming the nerves, reducing phlegm, detoxification and desinsectization and scatterjing stasis is reviewed, which provides reference in its application of the quality evaluation of the mineral medicine.
