The Enforcement Circumstances of Hospice Care in China and Its Difference with Euthanasia

临终关怀是贯穿生命末端全程的立体卫生服务项目,而安乐死则是其中的一种优死术。其二者的实施在我国均存在着经济、道德、法律的难题,需要作深入的研究和各方面的准备工作。我国临终关怀的基本模式首先应是立体化多方位的立体服务系统。

Hospice Care is a stereoscopic service program which is carried out through the whole process of life, and whereas the euthanasia is one of the comfortable death techniques of lospice care. The enforment of both has the difficult problems in economy, morality and law and is re- quired for deep analysis and various preparing works.
