参麦注射液在颈动脉支架成形术中对血压、心率的影响

Effect of Shenmai Injection on blood pressure and heart rate in carotid artery stenting

目的探讨参麦注射液在颈动脉支架成形术(CAS)中对血压、心率的影响。方法选取2015年4月~2017年6月我院收治的60例颈动脉狭窄患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者予常规治疗,试验组患者于术前3 h开始连用7 d参麦注射液。比较两组患者干预前、麻醉后1 h、术后24 h、术后72 h的收缩压、舒张压及心率情况。结果干预前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。麻醉后1 h、术后24 h、术后72 h,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率均高于本组干预前,且试验组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颈动脉支架成形术中,参麦注射液能有效减少患者收缩压、舒张压、心率的波动,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai Infection on blood pressure and heart rate in carotid artery stenting.nethods 60 cases of patients with carotid artery stenosis treated in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2016 were selected as subjects.These patients were divided into trial group and control group randomly,30 cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine treatment,the patients in trial group were treated with Shenmai Injection 3 hours before the surgery until 7 days later.The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of before the intervention, 1 h after the anaesthesia,24 h and 72 h after the surgery were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups were comapred,and the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of 1 h after the anaesthesia,24 h and 72 h after the surgery of the two groups were higher than those of before intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of 1 h after the anaesthesia,24 h and 72 h after the surgery of patients in the trial group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai Infection could help maintain the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate stable,which is effective and safety and to be worth spreading and further research.
