八珍汤合化积丸加减结合肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Bazhen Decoction and Huaji Pills combined with hepatic arterial chemoembolization operation in the treatment of primary liver cancer

目的探讨八珍汤合化积丸结合肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月7日~2016年12月3日我院收治的82例原发性肝癌患者,将其随机分为两组。对照组采取肝动脉化疗栓塞术,在此基础上,予以观察组八珍汤合化积丸。观察两组的临床效果、生活质量以及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组的总缓解率为51.22%,明显高于对照组的24.39%(P<0.05)。观察组的心理、生理功能,社会关系、物质生活评分分别为(81.55±3.03)、(84.86±3.57)、(80.89±4.14)、(86.27±3.06)分,高于对照组的(76.19±3.26)、(72.71±2.79)、(71.79±3.28)、(75.79±4.11)分(P<0.05)。两组的不良事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论八珍汤合化积丸联合肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌的临床价值高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bazhen Decoction and Huaji Pills combined with hepatic arterial chemoembolization operation in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods From November 7,2015 to December 3,2016,82 patients with primary liver cancer were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with transcatheter arterial ehemoemholization.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Bazhen Decoction and Huaji Pills.The clinical effect,quality of life and the incidence of adverse events were observed in the two groups.Results The total remission rate of the observation group was 51.22%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group （24.39%） （P〈0.05）.Psychological,physiologieal function,social relationship,material life score in the observation group was （81.55±3.03）,（84.86±3.57）, （80.89±4.14）,（86.27±3.06） points respectively,which was higher than that of the control group （[76.19±3.26],[72.71±2.79],[71.79±3.28],[75.79±4.11] points） （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The clinical value of Bazhen Decoction and Huaji Pills combined with hepatic arterial chemoembolization operation in the treat- ment of primary liver cancer is high.
