摘要 目的探讨药物联合辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果。方法对我院2015年4月~2017年4月收治的80例小儿重症肺炎患儿的临床资料进行统计分析,依据治疗方法的不同分为常规治疗组(n=40)和常规治疗结合多巴胺联合酚妥拉明辅助治疗组(辅助治疗组,n=40)两组。对两组患儿的临床效果、主要临床表现持续时间及住院时间、不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果辅助治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为95.0%,显著高于常规治疗组的82.5%(P<0.05),发热、咳嗽、气促、肺部啰音持续时间及住院时间均显著短于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);辅助治疗组患儿不良反应发生率为7.5%,常规治疗组患儿的不良反应发生率为5.0%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多巴胺联合酚妥拉明辅助治疗小儿重症肺炎的效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of drug in combination as an adjuvant therapy in children with severe pneumonia.Methods From April 2015 to April 2017,the clinical data of 80 children with severe pneumonia in our hospital were statistically analyzed.According to the different therapeutic methods,these childrens were evenly divided into routine treatment group and routine treatment combined with Dopamine and Phentolamine group (adjuvant therapy group).The clinical efficacy,duration of main clinical manifestations,hospital stay,and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed.Results In the adjuvant therapy group,the total effectiveness rate was 95.0% ,which was greatly higher than that in routine treatment group accounting for 82.5%(P〈0.O5).The duration of fever, cough,dyspnea, and lung tale,and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the routine treatment group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5% in the adjuvant treatment group and 5.0% in the conventional treatment group,which was not displayed a significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The effect of dopamine combined with phentolamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children is remarkable with few adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
