摘要
本文以北京市医药分开综合改革为背景,运用SWOT分析法,研究公立医院实施岗位评价对医院运营发展的效果和战略意义,为其他医疗机构开展此项工作提供参考。
To study the operation effect and strategic significance of post evaluation in public hospital with SWOT analysis,based on the comprehensive reform of medicine separation in Beijing,in order to provide references for other medical institutions to carry out the work.
