院前急救中的隐患分析及对策探讨

Analysis of hidden troubles in pre-hospital first aid and its countermeasures discussion

院前急救是现代急救医疗体系的重要组成部分,是抢救急危重症患者的首要环节。院前急救中的医疗安全隐患往往最多且难以防范,极易引起医疗纠纷。本文通过对院前急救中存在的安全隐患进行分析,从建章立制、法规学习、技术培训、设备维护、人文关怀、自身修养6个方面总结了相应的防范对策,为安全顺利开展院前急救工作、维护患者和医务人员合法权益、减少医疗纠纷提供参考依据。

Pre-hospital first aid is an important part of modem emergency medical system,and acts as the first link of rescuing patients in severe and critical conditions.The hidden troubles of medical security in pre-hospital first aid frequently occur and are difficult to prevent,which easily lead to medical disputes.Based on the analysis of the hidden dangers in prehospital first aid,this paper summarizes the corresponding preventive measures from six aspects,such as establishing rules,leaming relevant laws and regulations,technical training,equipment maintenance,humanistic care,and self-cultivation,and provides reference for implementation of pre-hospital emergency in safe,maintenance of the legitimate rights and interest of both patients and medical personnel,and reduction of medical disputes.
