全方位护理在控制血液病区医院感染和护理质量中的作用

The role of full range nur sing in the control of nosocomial infection and nursing quality in blood ward

目的讨论全方位护理在血液病区医院感染和护理质量中的作用。方法选择2015年1月~2017年6月在我院诊治的血液病患者120例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组患者采取全方位护理,对照组患者予常规护理。观察两组患者感染情况、护理质量等。结果两个病区的空气质量进行评估均达标(100%),但是观察组空气中的菌株数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的总感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液病区采用全方位护理可以降低患者的感染率,使护理质量水平提高,对患者的预后有较大帮助,在临床上可广泛使用。

Objective To discuss the role of full range nursing in hospital infection and nursing quality in blood ward. Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,120 patients with hematologic diseases were selected in our hospital,Randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing,while the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The infection and nursing quality of the two groups were observed.Results The air quality of the two wards reached the standard （100 %）, but the number of strains in the air of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The total infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The total infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Adopting full range nursing in blood ward can reduce the infection rate of patients,improve the quality of nursing,and is helpful to the prognosis of patients.h can be widely used in clinic.
