延续性健康教育联合常规护理在腹膜透析患者中的作用

目的延续性健康教育联合常规护理在腹膜透析患者中临床效果。方法选取2014年2月~2016年12月在我院治疗100例置管的腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法平均分为研究组与对照组,每组50例,对照组以常规护理,研究组予以延续性健康教育联合常规护理。比较两组患者出院8个月时遵医嘱情况、并发症发生情况、再入院情况、护理满意情况。结果研究组患者遵医嘱比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率、再入院率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在置管的腹膜透析患者护理中选择延续性健康教育联合常规护理可有效提高患者遵医行为,降低并发症发生率及再入院率,有利于建立和谐的护患关系。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous health education combined with routine nursing in peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods From February 2014 to December 2016,100 patients with peritoneal dialysis who treated in our hospital,According to the random number method,50 cases in each group were divided into study group and control group were selected.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received continuous health education combined with routine nursing.The eompliance,complications,readmission and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at 8 months after discharge.Results The compliance rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,the complication rate and readmission rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion In patients with peritoneal dialysis catheter care in the selection of continuing health education combined with routine nursing can effectively improve the compliance behavior of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and readmission rate,conducive to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
