老年护理专家对老年专科护士认证观点的定性研究

Experts′perspectives on gerontological advanced practice nurse certification

目的了解老年护理专家对老年专科护士认证的观点。方法自制访谈提纲,对14名老年护理专家进行一对一访谈。结果14名专家认为应设置老年专科护士培训的基本准入条件,上岗前需要接受系统的老年护理学培训并通过资格认证考试,老年专科护士注册后需进行再认证,但在再认证周期上分歧较大。结论老年护理专家对老年专科护士认证的观点较统一,建议设置老年专科护士培训准入条件,培训完成后由权威机构组织考试和认证,并对再认证时间进行界定。

Objective To explore experts＇ perspectives on gerontological advanced practice nurse （GAPN） certification. Methods Fourteen experts were interviewed separately using self-designed interview outline. Results All experts agreed that nurses should meet the initial entry training standards, complete systematic gerontological nursing training and pass a certification exam for licensure before clinical practice. They also convinced that nurses needed recertification after registration, but their views on recertifica tion period were debated. Conclusion Such a consensus can be reached on GAPN certification that setting initial entry training standards and organizing exam and certification by authoritative agency after training, and the recertification period should be further studied.
