摘要
灾害发生后的次生事件会随时改变救援物资运输路径选择。综合考虑救援路径多个属性,针对救援物资配送路网中各路段的实时情况,提出救援路径变更临界值的概念。运用改进的最短路算法及次短路算法,实时给出最优救援路径及临界值,以期达到救援物资在兼顾风险控制的情况下尽可能快地运抵物资需求点的目的。通过仿真得到的数据可供决策者提前规划路线资源的分配。最后,给出了具体算例及其仿真结果。
Secondary disasters of a major disaster will affect the transportation route selection of emergency relieve supplies. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of certain road comprehensive attributes, this paper proposes the concept of rescue route critical change value and its calculation method based on real-time traffic situation of the distribution network. By using the Dijkstra algorithm and second shortest path algorithm, we can compute the real-time optimal path and critical value that consider velocity and risks of emergency relieve supplies transportation. The simulation results can be beneficial to decision makers in planning routes resources. An illustrative case is provided in the end.
