摘要
首先,通过文献对大数据技术的发展趋势及其在工程项目管理中的应用进行了分析研究,同时就技术变革下重大工程组织复杂性的适应问题进行了理论探讨。在此基础上,结合跨组织流程的虚拟组织协同管理理念和集成项目交付的组织结构形式,并以数字化信息为中心提出对重大工程组织结构和业务流程重构的实施建议。进而,构建了基于大数据代理服务的重大工程组织系统集成模式。最后,通过案例分析了大数据相关技术下重大工程组织系统协同管理的可行性和必要性。
This paper first reviews the developments of big data technologies and their application in the field of engineering project management through literature reviews. Meanwhile, the complexity-based adaptability of the organization systems in megaprojects under the context of technological changes is evaluated from a theoretical viewpoint. Furthermore, combining with the collaborative management concept of virtual organizations and organizational structure forms of integration project delivery, recommendations of megaprojects are provided, in which the digital information is treated as the core to reconstruct the organizational structure and business processes. The organization systems integration model of megaprojects based on the big data agent server is further developed. Finally, the feasibility and necessity of collaborative management of megaprojeet organization systems based on the big data and relevant technologies are illustrated through an engineering case.
