摘要
在电动助力转向系统噪声分析中,阶次分析技术相对传统FFT分析技术和交换分析方法,具有快速、准确等特点,难点是EPS各零件运动规律复杂,无任何经验和公式可以借用,很难知道其噪声阶次。针对这一难点,详细分析了电动助力转向系统噪声零件运动规律,根据该规律计算出电动助力转向系统零件噪声阶次,并通过实例说明如何使用阶次寻找噪声,非常适合工程应用。
Order analysis method has advantages of quick and accurate compared with FFT method and cross change method in electric power steering (EPS) system NVH analysis, but it is not easy to calculate EPS order for the movement law of its component is complicated and also for no experience and formula can be referenced. Movement law of EPS component and noise order were introduced, and also an example was given. It is useful in engineering application.
