摘要
在双离合自动变速器装配过程中,需要将同一零件或组件压装至两个工件上,需要保证各件均能压装到位。使用传统的压装方式只能保证其中一个工件压装到位,另一个工件或多或少存在间隙,影响产品性能。根据不同压装端的尺寸进行压装力近似计算;采用不同提升高度,压装位置分别使用压力/拉力传感器监控,通过特定的逻辑控制,使两端分别压装到位。若有类似结构变速器,可采用相似的压装工艺。
In the assembly process of dual clutch automatic transmission, it is necessary, to press one part or component to another two parts, meanwhile, it is also significant to make sure every" part or component pressed into correct position. The traditional way of pressing ensures only that one part or component can be pressed into correct position, as a result, other part or component can not be pressed into correct position, which means tilere is gap between parts or component pressed more or less. The gap always has great ilffluence on product performanc.e. The press forces on both side were calculated approximatively. Using different lifting height, pressure or tension sensor was applied to monitor press force on both sides respectively. Through specific logic control, every part or component could be pressed into correct position with certain sequence. If other transmission has a similar structure, the press process can be referred.
