Comparative Analysis of Test Data in Two Gear Contact Fatigue Test Stands

对两台齿轮接触疲劳试验台的试验数据进行拟合优度检验,确定试验数据都符合对数正态分布;在此基础上,采用F检验法和t检验法对两组数据的标准差和平均值分别进行检验,得出两组数据来自同一母体;最后将两组数据合并,再次进行拟合优度检验,为加快绘制齿轮接触疲劳寿命曲线(S-N)奠定了基础。

Goodness of fit tests were performed on test data in two gear contact fatigue test stands. The two sets of data were determined to have lognormal distribution both. On this basis, by F-test and t-test, the standard deviations and mean values of the two sets of data were examined. It was certified that the two sets of data were from the same parent. At last, goodness of fit test was applied to the combining two sets of data, which laid foundation of drawing gear contact fatigue life curve quickly.
