摘要
通过对某款小型SUV车内空气质量VOC进行检测及分析,找到了从设计源头提高车内空气质量的方法。从TOP零部件的4M信息入手,以门板VOC整改为例进行分析,识别门板各子零件的材料和工艺,查找VOC主要挥发源并进行逐级验证,并形成组织记忆力,总结出零部件开发过程禁用材料清单,指导低VOC零部件的生产,以达到提升车内VOC质量的最终目标。
Through the small SUV vehicle air quality VOC detection and analysis, it was found the source from the design method to improve the air quality inside the ear. Starting from the 4M information of the TOP parts, taking door plank VOC reetifieation as the analysis case, the door plank material and process of each parts were identified, main volatile sources were found and verified by step, and a group memory was formed, the disable material list in the component development process was summed up to guide the low VOC components production, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of the car VOC.
