名老中医徐学义治疗阳痿组方规律的数据挖掘

Mining the Data on the Rule of Formulas Prescribed by Veteran Doctor of TCM XU XUEYI for Treating Impotence

目的:分析全国名老中医徐学义治疗阳痿的用药规律,为阳痿病症的中医治疗提供思路和依据。方法:收集徐学义教授门诊治疗阳痿的193个处方,共涉及中药121味,利用中医传承辅助平台建立数据库源,运用其中的关联规则、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据分析和挖掘,明确处方的用药规律及内部关联。结果:提取核心药物组合20个,新方10个。结论:徐学义教授治疗阳痿时多以调补肾气、温阳益阴、清利湿热、舒经通络、疏肝解郁为法,随症辨治。

Objective： To analyze the rule of formula for treating importance prescribed by Xu Xueyi, a veteran doctor of TCM in order to provide ideas and basis for treating importance disorder with traditional Chinese medicine. Method： Collected 193 prescriptions for treating impotence prescribed by Professor Xu Xueyi in clinic, which involved a total of 121 kinds of Chinese medicine. Built a database source by using the inheritance support platform of TCM, analyzed and mined the data by the methods of taking its association rules, improving mutual information and entropy clustering of complex systems, to make clear the law of prescription and its in- ternal relationship. Result： 20 core formulas and 10 new prescriptions were selected. Conclusion： When he treated impotence, Professor Xu Xueyi would usually adopt the methods of regulating and supplementing kidney qi, warming Yang and boosting Yin, clearing damp heat, relaxing the sinew and unblocking the collaterals, soothing the liver and resolving constraint, and treated the diseases by syndrome differentiation.
