摘要
目的:优选黔产瓜蒌皮最佳产地加工方法。方法:分别采用阴干、晒干、烘干等不同加工方法对新鲜瓜蒌皮药材进行加工处理,以瓜蒌皮多糖、氨基酸、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物为评价指标,采用综合评分法优选瓜蒌皮最佳产地加工方法。结果:瓜蒌皮不同产地加工方法的综合评分值差异较大,从大到小的顺序依次为:30℃烘干(0.94)﹥60℃烘干(0.72)﹥70℃烘干(0.63)﹥50℃烘干(0.61)﹥40℃烘干(0.57)﹥晒干(0.27)﹥阴干(0.00)。结论:30℃烘干是瓜蒌皮的最佳产地加工方法,最佳工艺为:取新鲜瓜蒌皮,切成1~2cm宽的长条,于30℃的烘箱内干燥。
Objective:To optimize the best processing method of producing area for Pericarpium trichosanthis in Guizhou. Methods: Processed the fresh Pericarpium trichosanthis medicine by the method of drying in the shade, under the sun, in the oven or other different processing methods. Took Polysaccharides of fresh Pericarpium trichosanthis, amino acid, water-soluble extract and alcohol soluble extract of Pericarpium trichosanthis as the evaluation index, and optimized the best processing method of producing area to select Pericarpium trichosanthis by using comprehensive evaluation method. Results: The comprehensive score of different processing methods in different producing area of pericarpium trichosanthis varied greatly. The score in the order from large to small is as following: 30℃ oven drying (0. 94) 〉 60℃ oven drying (0. 72) 〉 70℃ oven drying (0. 63) 〉 50℃oven drying (0.61) 〉40℃ oven drying (0. 57)〉 dried in the sun (0. 27) 〉 dried in the shade (0.00) . Conclusion: 30℃ oven drying is the best method in the producing area of Pericarpium trichosanthis, the optimum process is: Took fresh Pericarpium trichosanthis, cut it into 1-2 cm wide strips, and dried in the oven at 30℃.
