宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合对剖宫产产后出血的疗效及安全性研究

A Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Intrauterine Balloon Compression Combined with B-Lynch Suture for Postpartum Hemorrhage After Cesarean Section

目的:探讨宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血的疗效及安全性。方法:研究选取2015年2月~2017年1月我院收治的68例剖宫产产后出血患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序随机分成两组,每组34例,第一组为观察组,行宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合治疗,第二组为对照组,单独行B-Lynch缝合治疗,比较两组止血效果、出血量及并发症发生情况等。结果:观察组产妇止血有效率为100.00%,与对照组的88.24%相比显著上升(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、术后2h、24h出血量均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组产妇并发症发生率为11.76%,与对照组的8.82%差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组住院时间与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:宫腔球囊压迫联合B-Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of intrauterine balloon compression combined with B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods ： 68eases of patients suffered from postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the admission order with 34 cases in each group. The observation group was conducted intrauterine balloon compression combined with B-Lynch suture treatment, while the control group was given B-Lynch suture only. Then the he- mostatic effect, blood loss and complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was 100.00%, which increased significantly when compared with the con trol group which was 88.24% （P〈0.05）. The amount of intraoperative bleeding during the operation, 2h and 24h after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. The incidence of complications in the observed group was 11.76%. Compared with that of 8.82% in the control group, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference between the observed group and the control group in the time of hospital stay （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Intrauterine balloon compression combined with B-Lynch suture for postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section is effective and safe.
