牛源化脓性隐秘杆菌的分离及鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 本研究通过对广西南宁某养殖场送检的病死牛病料进行细菌的分离、形态学观察、致病性试验、药敏试验以及用化脓隐秘杆菌特异性引物对分离株靶基因PLO进行PCR鉴定分析。结果分离到1株革兰氏阳性杆菌并能使5只小白鼠全部致死,且该菌对头孢噻呋等9种药物敏感;对红霉素等5种药物不敏感。该菌经PCR鉴定结果为化脓隐秘杆菌(GX-NN-170425)且其PLO基因与其他10株化脓隐秘杆菌参考株的核苷酸同源性为97.7%(Arcanobacterium pyogenes株)~99.9%(SP4株),进化树分析显示该分离株与其他10株化脓隐秘杆菌参考株都处在同一分支上。
