摘要
针对高河矿区段工作面沿空留巷的围岩变形实际情况,结合现有柔模支护方案与优化后柔模支护方案的数值模拟对比,对两帮和底鼓的变形情况进行分析,在提出"非均称支护"设计的基础上,以"初步设计-建模-验证-应用"的新型研究方法进行支护优化研究工作。最终的模拟测试与工程实践结果表明所采用的锚杆支护方案能有效控制巷道的变形,并可节约大量成本。
For the actual condition of the deformation of the surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining about section face of high fiver mining area, combining the numerical comparison of existing soft mode support plan and optimize the soft mode support plan, and analyzing the deformation of the two sides and bottom drums. Using new research method about "preliminary design - modeling - validation - application" to working the support optimization research on the basis of "non-uniform supporting". The simulation results show that the proposed bolt support scheme can effectively control the deformation of the roadway and save a lot of money.
