摘要
为了防治冲击压架事故,确定液压支架合理的工作阻力,采用BZY-60型双针耐震压力表对液压支架工作阻力进行监测,分析了窑街三矿五采区5521-20工作面急倾斜厚煤层水平分层综采放顶煤工作面矿压显现规律,得出该工作面采动应力强烈,液压支架工作阻力波动范围大,液压支架工作阻力应不低于12 000 kN。
In order to prevent the crushing disaster and determine the reasonable resistance of hydraulic support, using BZY-60 type double needle proof pressure gauge to monitor the resistance of hydraulic support, analyzed the regularity of pressure behavior aton 5521-20 working face, a steep thick coal seam horizontally sectioned fully mechanized top-coal caving face, in the fifth mining area of Yaojie No.3 coal mine. The results showed that the dynamic stress of the working face is intense, the resistance of hydraulic support fluctuates widely and the resistance of hydraulic supportit should he not less than 12 000 kN.
