摘要
针对淮北矿区治理立井井筒破裂变形这一技术难题,结合淮北矿区地质条件,总结分析了井筒变形形式及变形共同特征,并对产生变形的机理进行了研究,提出了可压缩井壁应用技术。以许疃煤矿北风井为例,详细介绍了可压缩井壁设计参数及施工应用注意事项,为可压缩井壁的应用提供了详尽的设计资料。目前,该项技术已在淮北矿区得到推广应用。
Governance failure and deformation of mine shaft in Huaibei mining area as a technical problem, combined with the geology conditions in Huaibei mining area, summarizes and analyzes shaft deformation and deformation characteristics and application of compressible shaft wall. Taking study on mechanism of deformation of the proposed Xutuan coal mine well as an example, introduces compressible shaft lining design parameters and construction considerations, for applications of compressible shaft wall provides detailed design information.At present, the technology has been widely used in Huaibei mining area.
