摘要
瓦斯是威胁煤矿安全生产的主要因素,瓦斯消溶剂是利用甲烷氧化菌将瓦斯分解或转化为其他无害物质,消除或减少煤层中的瓦斯,降低瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量,从而达到消除煤与瓦斯突出危险性的目的。通过在寺家庄矿的工程试验,20 MPa左右的高压下,注入5 t瓦斯消溶剂和50 t清水的混合液,24 h后,瓦斯含量平均下降了3.14 m3/t,降低率约32.2%。瓦斯消溶剂是治理瓦斯的一种有效、环保的技术方法,对防治煤与瓦斯突出技术体系具有重要的指导和借鉴意义。
Gas is the main factor that threatens the sale production ot coal mine. Gas ablation agent decompose gas into other gas or unharrnful substances using methane oxidizing bacteria, to eliminate or reduce the coal seam gas, reducing gas pressure and gas content, so as to eliminate the danger of coal and gas outburst. Through the engineering test in the Sijiazhuang coal mine, the mixture of 5 t gas ablation agent and 50 t clear water was injected into test borehole at 20 MPa. After 24 hours, the gas content dropped by an average of 3.14 m3/t, and the reduction rate is about 32.2%. Gas ablation agent is an effective and environmental protection method for controlling gas. It is an important guidance and reference for the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst.
