摘要
阐述了高温矿井对生产的影响,设计了一种防治矿井热害的系统。该系统与采用局部冷却降温方式相比,具有系统能效比(COP)较高、低投资、制冷设备集中在地面、易于设备安装维护和管理、无污染等特点。利用地面预制低温空气,通过现有的通风系统输送到井下,达到预防、消除矿井热害的目的。运用模拟软件ANSYS对进口空气进行了温湿度模拟并且在华丰煤矿进行现场实践应用,进一步验证了该系统的可行性。
