摘要
针对西山煤电官地矿2#煤层的高瓦斯低透气性现状,采用了液态CO_2预裂技术预裂煤层进行强化抽采,详细分析了液态CO_2预裂煤层机理,并在22613工作面进行了工业试验。结果显示:采用液态CO_2预裂增透技术后,单孔瓦斯平均抽采体积分数由23.1%增至46.8%,增加了1.03倍,单孔瓦斯平均抽采纯量由0.003 m3/min增至0.008 m3/min,增加了1.67倍,在很大程度上缩短了瓦斯预抽时间,节约了瓦斯治理费用,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障。
According to the high gassy low permeability status of 2# coal seam in Guandi mine of Xishan coal electricity group, the liquiCO2 presplitting antireflective technology was applied to enhance gas drainage. The experiment discussed the mechanism of this technology in detail, and made a test at 22613 working face. The results showed that, with the liquid CO2 presplitting antireflective technology applied to the borehole, the average drainage concentration from a single gas borehole was increased from 23.1% to 46.8% ,which was increased by 1.03 times. The average drainage pure volume from a single gas borehole was increased from 0.003 m3/min to 0.008 m3/min,which was increased by 1.67 times. The pre-drainage time was highly shortened and the economic cost of gas control was reduced. Thus the safety production were guaranteed.
