摘要
为了满足松软煤层瓦斯抽放高效钻孔施工的要求,研制了ZDY2800LG高转速螺旋钻进钻机。介绍了钻机的研制思路和试验应用情况,解决了松软煤层钻进成孔问题。通过现场试验,钻机能力大、施工效率高,适合松软煤层钻孔施工,能为矿井高效安全开采提供设备保障。
ZDY2800LG high speed spiral drilling rig is developed to meet the demand of gas-drainage in the soft coal seam. The development thought and application of drilling rig are introduced, and solved the problem of drilling holes in the soft coal seam. It is validated in test that the drilling rig has strong ability, and it drill quickly with high efficiency for soft coal seam, it can be a support for mine safe working.
