摘要
针对掘进机回转台进行了受力分析,首先利用显式动力学分析软件LS-DYNA模拟了掘进机截割煤岩的过程,得到了截割头的受力情况。之后,建立了回转台的装配模型,将截割头所受阻力作为载荷条件施加上去,得到了回转台的受力情况,为进一步优化回转台结构奠定了基础。
Aiming at the force analysis of the turning platform of the roadheader, firstly used the explicit dynamics software LS-DYNA simulated the cutting process to get the force of the cutting head. Then built the prototype of the turning platform and the cutting mechanism,and applied the force to the cutting head, so we got the force of the turning platform. And laid the foundation for further optimization of the turning platform.
