摘要
针对复杂情况下卡钻事故的处理,逐步采用了强力起拔工艺、套铣打捞工艺以及磨铣松扣工艺处理卡钻事故。并利用扩孔钻头+母锥打捞处理卡钻事故过程中打捞钻杆发生的二次断裂事故,在将断裂的打捞钻杆套出后,利用磨铣钻头成功磨铣松扣被卡定向钻杆,回收大部分被卡定向钻杆以及断裂的打捞钻杆。保证了该孔的有效性,并为后续分支孔及钻孔的施工提供了必要条件。
