摘要
针对矿用铲运机转向机构存在转向油缸压力振动以及油缸冲击等问题,提出了一种矿用铲运机转向机构优化数学模型。该转向机构优化数学模型的目标函数为转向油缸的压力和左右两侧的行程差,设计变量采用的是油缸铰接点的位置,优化设计算法采用的是遗传算法。对所提的矿用铲运机转向机构优化数学模型进行了仿真验证,结果表明,优化之后的矿用铲运机转向机构的油缸压力冲击能够得到抑制。
Aiming at the problem of steering cylinder pressure vibration and cylinder impact m me steering mechanism of mine scraper, an optimization mathematical model of steering mechanism for mine scraper is proposedl The objective functioh of the optimization mathematical model of the steering mechanism is the pressure of the steering cylinder and the stroke difference between the left and right sides, the design variable adopts the position of the joint of the oil cylinder, and the genetic algorithm is adopted in the optimization design. The optimized mathematical model of the steering mechanism of the mine scraper is simulated and verified. The results show that the pressure impact on the cylinder of the steering mechanism of the mine scraper can be suppressed.
