遗传性凝血因子X缺乏一例
摘要
患者，女，60岁。近亲结婚，既往有出血愈合不良、输血史，HCV阳性，分型为1b型。胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎8年，4个月前腹痛加重伴腰背酸痛，于2017年8月5日入住上海瑞金医院胃肠外科。查体：全身皮肤黏膜无黄染、出血点，两肺呼吸音清，未闻及干、湿性啰音，全身浅表淋巴结无肿大。B超示：胆囊形态正常，胆囊壁毛糙，囊内有强回声团。
