马克思主义城乡观及其对我国农村空心化治理的启示

The Marxist View of Urban and Rural Areas and Its Enlightenment to the Hollow Governance of Rural Areas in China

马克思主义关于城乡关系的理论主要包含三个方面内容:第一,城乡对立统一论;第二,城乡关系变迁论;第三,城乡融合论。研究和梳理马克思主义的城乡观对当下我国出现的空心村治理具有重要的指导意义:第一,农村空心化是城乡关系演变过程中城乡分离与对立的必然产物;第二,城乡统筹是解决农村空心化的根本途径;第三,打破城乡壁垒,创新城乡一体化发展的体制机制,是最终解决农村空心化问题的制度保障。

The Marxist theory on the relationship between urban and rural areas mainly includes three elements,namely,the urban-rural integration,the theory of urban-rural transition,and the urban-rural integration theory.It is of great significance to study and sort out the urban and rural areas from a Marxist perspecfive.The first is that rural hollowness is the inevitable result of urban-rural separation and opposition in the process of the urban-rural relationship evolution;secondly,the fundamental way lies in balancing urban and rural development;thirdly,it is of vital importance to break the barriers between urban and rural areas,and innovate the institutional mechanism of the integration of urban and rural development,which is the ultimate guarantee to solve the problem of the rural hollowing.
