多效唑对'库尔勒香梨'枝条内源激素及抗寒性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 探讨多效唑对'库尔勒香梨'枝条生长过程中内源激素含量的影响,为有效控制'库尔勒香梨'枝条徒长和提高抗寒能力奠定基础。于盛花后25 d对'库尔勒香梨'新梢喷施不同浓度多效唑,定期测定枝条内源ABA、GA、IAA、ZR含量,分析不同浓度多效唑对其动态变化的影响。结果表明:喷施不同浓度多效唑后,'库尔勒香梨'枝条内源ABA含量均呈逐渐增加趋势,GA含量呈现"下降—升高—下降"趋势,IAA含量呈"上升—下降"趋势,ZR含量呈"上升—下降"趋势,ABA/GA值呈持续上升趋势,同时提高了枝条抗寒性;1 500、2 000 mg/L多效唑的施用可提高休眠期'库尔勒香梨'枝条内源ABA含量及ABA/GA值,降低枝条内源GA含量,同时对控制'库尔勒香梨'枝条徒长及提高抗寒性有显著作用。 To investigate the effects of Paclobutrazol on growth of endogenous hormone content in the process of 'Korla' fragrant pear branches, to lay the foundation for effective control of 'Korla' fragrant pear branches of overgrowth and increased hardiness. The results showed that, spraying different concentrations of Paclobutrazol on new shoots of 'Korla' fragrant pear at 25 d after flowering, content determination of endogenous ABA, GA, IAA and ZR were measured regularly, the effects of different concentrations of Paclobutrazol on the endogenous hormones in the branches of 'Korla' fragrant pear were analyzed. After treatment with different concentrations of Paclobutrazol, the content of endogenous ABA in branches of 'Korla' fragrant pear increased gradually; the endogenous GA content showed a trend of "decline, rise and fall"; the endogenous IAA content showed a trend of "rise-decline", and the endogenous ZR content showed a trend of "rise-decline"; the ABA/GA value showed a trend of continuous increase, and the cold resistance of the branches were increased. Paclobutrazol with 1 500 mg/L, 2 000 mg/L treatments increased the value of ABA/GA and the content of endogenous ABA, while the content of endogenous GA were decreased, and the cold resistance of the branches were increased.
