广东省新生儿听力筛查初筛率的聚类分析

The Clustering Analysis of Initial Screening Rate of Hearing Screening in Guangdong Province

目的探讨广东省新生儿听力筛查初筛率的影响因素。方法对广东省21个城市2014~2016年听力筛查初筛率数据进行聚类分析。结果(1)广东省21个市2014~2016初筛率平均值分别为69.01%、75.61%、82.90%;(2)各市的初筛率有差异,主要分为3类城市群:第1类以惠州、中山、江门等为代表的初筛率最高,第2类城市东莞、茂名、河源等居中,第3类潮州、揭阳、汕头等最低。结论经济发展水平和政府扶持是初筛率的影响因素,听力筛查技术培训也是其影响因素。

Objective To assess the influence factors of screening rate of newborn infants in different cities of Guangdong province. Methods A statistical analysis was made on the initial screening rate data of 21 cities in Guangdong province in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Results The average annual screening rate in 21 cities in Guangdong province was 69.01% in 2014,75.61% in 2015 and 82.90% in 2016.The initial screening rate of each city is different, which is mainly divided into three groups： the first category is the highest, the second type is centered, and the third the lowest. Conclusion The economic development level and government support are the influencing factors of initial screening rate, and technical training of hearing screening may be one of its influencing factors.
