基层听力语言康复机构听力师及其工作现状的调查分析

A Study of the Listening Teachers and Their Work Status in the Grass-roots Listening and Speech Rehabilitation Institutions

目的了解基层听力师工作现状及听力语言康复机构听能管理工作开展情况。方法采用问卷调查法,了解27个省(市、自治区)的97名地市级听力语言康复机构听力师的基本情况、工作现状、培训需求等。结果参与调查的基层听力师年龄集中在20~40岁,学历以大专、本科为主,其继续教育需求大,工作胜任感较高。听能管理岗位的专职人员比兼职人员数量略多,服务内容主要为助听器调试。结论我国基层听力语言康复机构中已建立起一支能开展听能管理服务的听力师队伍,但缺乏听力学专业人才,存在兼职与专职人员并存、听能管理服务有一定局限性等问题,可提供的听能管理服务质量有待提升。

Objoctivo This study is to have a better understanding of the routine work of local audiologists at hearing and speech centers . Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the audiologists＇ basic situation, working status, training needs and so on, in 27 provinces. Results The age of audiologists involved in the survey was 20 to 40 years old. Most of them were college graduates with greater selfesteem in their profession. In basic hearing and speech rehabilitation institutions, the number of full-time audiologist is slightly larger than the number of part-time. Related services such as hearing management are still inadequate. Conclusion In China, a contingent of audiologists has been established. At the same time, trained professionals are still needed and there＇s a lot of room for promotion of the quality of hearing management services supplied by basic hearing and speech rehabilitation institutions.
