摘要
为实现制鞋废料的能源化利用,文章探索了不同比例的木粉与制鞋废料混合制备的垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)的燃烧性能。对RDF颗粒进行工业分析、元素分析、热重分析及高低位热值检测,研究结果表明:随着制鞋废料掺混量的增加,RDF颗粒中的挥发分逐渐升高,热值逐渐增大,但当制鞋废料掺比超过20%时,RDF颗粒难于成型且松散易碎;制鞋废料的掺比越大,RDF颗粒的着火点就越高,制鞋废料的掺入还会导致RDF颗粒的最大失重温度上升,最大失重速率提高。
In order to achieve energy utilization of shoe-making waste, the combustion properties of refuse derived fuel (RDF) samples formed by mixing different proportions of shoe-making waste and sawdust were investigated in this study. The industrial analysis, elementalanalysis, thermogravimetric analysis and calorific value test were performed to evaluate combustion properties of these samples. The results showed that volatiles and calorific values of these samples were increased linearly with the proportions of shoe-making waste. However, the RDF particles became poorly forming, loose and fragile when the proportion of shoe-making waste was more than 20%. Thermogravimetric analysis revealed that the pyrolysis ignition temperature of RDF particles increased linearly with the proportions of shoe-making waste. It was also found that the maximum mass loss temperature and rate of RDF samples increased after adding shoe-making waste.
