宫颈锥切术后剖宫产子宫切口憩室出血一例被引量：1

摘要一、病例摘要患者44岁,因＂同房出血2次＂于2015年7月24日收入江西省妇幼保健院。患者平素身体健康,1994年行剖宫产1次。末次月经2015年7月20日,月经规律：（3/23~27）d,B超提示内膜厚5 mm,子宫小肌瘤,行分段诊刮提示（宫腔）增生期宫内膜;（宫颈管）颈管黏膜显慢性炎。考虑宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变于7月27日行宫颈锥切术。术后病理提示：宫颈高级别鳞状上皮内病变,
