摘要
由于铂电阻自身存在的非线性会给测量带来误差。采用折线形式的反馈电路,将铂电阻以4线制的方法接入到测试电路中。设计的温度传感器可以大幅提高测量精度。经实验测试,在0~100℃范围内,其非线性误差在0.04%以内,最大输出电压误差在0.002 V以内。此类温度传感器具有高可靠、高精度、低成本等特点,非常适用于对温度测量有着苛刻要求的工业环境中。
Because of nonlinearity of platinum resistor,it can brings error to measurement. Folded line feedback circuit is adopted,and in four-wire platinum resistor is accessed to test circuit. Temperature sensor using this design can greatly improve measurement precision. By experimental test,at range of 0~ 100 ℃,the nonlinear error is in 0. 04 %,the max output voltage error is within 0. 002 V. It has characteristics of high reliability,high precision,low cost,so it is very suitable for industrial condition which has requirement of rigorous temperature measurement.
