摘要
采用基于ARM的硬件平台对网线进行实时图像采集,在最大类间方差法处理图像的基础上,计算得到具体数值,再将数据发送到上位机,应用软件对测得数据进行分析,当检测到未达标数据时,发出警告。通过测试,系统能在较短时间内快速处理图像及数据,对于错误数据及时提醒。系统功能较好,稍加改动即可应用于其他相关产业领域,有较高商业价值。
Hardware platform based on Acorn RISC Machine(ARM) is used to acquire cable images in real time,process images through Otsu algorithm. After these steps,real specific numeric value can be calculated and sent to personal computer(PC),use Java software to analyze data,when there has a substandard data,alarm will be sent.By test,the system can fastly process images,and data in a short time and warn for false data. This system has good functions and high business value,make slight changes,it can be used to other relevant industries.
