摘要 针对目前影响湿敏电容产量和产品质量的产品批量检测问题,采用四线制测量方法,集成LCR测量仪、多通道开关、测试夹具及上位机软件,可同时测试8路湿敏电容器。利用开路、短路及负载补偿的方法,消除系统误差。通过上位机软件,可采集测试数据,对数据进行分析、计算、显示并回放。实验结果表明:系统界面友好,使用方便,在一定的频率范围内,整个系统测试精度可达到0.8%,有效提高了湿敏电容器的测试效率和精度。 Aiming at problem of humidity-sensitive capacitor batch detection which affects yield and quality,a multi-channel humidity-sensitive capacitor automatic test system based on virtual instrument is proposed. The fourwire measurement method is adopted,and the system integrates LCR meter,multi-channel switch,test fixture and upper PC software,which realizes testing of 8 channels humidity-sensitive capacitor at the same time. By using the methods of open circuit,short circuit and load compensation,the system error is eliminated. The test data can be acquired,data are analyzed,calculated displayed and playbacked by upper PC software. Experimental results show that the system meets the requirements of friendly interface,convenience in use,and the precision of the whole system is up to 0. 8 % at certain frequency range,the test efficiency and precision of the humidity-sensitive capacitor is improved effectively.
