摘要 为了有效提高高压断路器运行质量,并实现可靠的状态检修,设计了一种基于振动信号的真空断路器机械状态在线监测系统。在满足系统总体需求的前提下,设计了监测系统的整体结构,并基于YD37加速度传感器和PCI8192数据采集卡搭建了振动信号前端采集系统。在后端信号处理方面,有效结合小波分析、EEMD及时域特征构建稳定的特征向量,并利用距离判别法实现断路器典型机械故障的有效诊断,正确率达到95%以上。基于Lab VIEW设计了系统人机界面,简洁美观、可操作性强。 In order to improve the operation quality of the high voltage circuit breaker effectively,and to realize the reliable condition maintenance,a kind of on-line monitoring system for mechanical condition of vacuum circuit breaker based on vibration signal is designed. Overall structure of the monitoring system is designed in terms of satisfaction of overall demand of the system. And the front-end acquisition system for vibration signal is built based on YD37 accelerometer and PCI8192 data acquisition card. In the back-end signal processing,a stable feature vector is built which effectively combined with wavelet analysis,ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)and time domain features. And the distance discriminant analysis of the typical mechanical fault diagnosis of circuit breaker is used,the correct rate is above 95 %. The man-machine interface of the system is designed based on Lab VIEW,which is simple and beautiful,and can be operated.
