摘要
将传统经脐入路单孔腹腔镜手术改进为经右下腹入路,改善了视野与操作平面在一条直线和器械间的筷子效应,使得手术操作的难度减低、手术时间缩短、手术质量得到提高。更易于开展和推广单孔腹腔镜术式。
We modify traditional trans-umbilical single incision laparoscopic surgery to trans- right lower abdomen single incision laparoscopic surgery. This kind of method can improve the vision and operative plane in a straight line and the chopstick effect between instruments and reduce the operative difficulty and shorten the operative time and increase the operative quality. It is easier to conduct and promote the single incision laparoscopic surgery.
