苏北地区住院医师规范化培训现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Standardized Training of Residents in Northern Jiangsu

目的调查分析苏北地区住院医师规范化培训的现状,为完善培训政策和内容提供参考。方法针对徐州医科大学附属医院正在参加或已完成培训的住院医师,采用无记名问卷调查。结果住院医师规范化培训工作整体良好,但有53.0%的住院医师认为在培训待遇、带教老师积极性、考核标准等方面仍然存在不足,改进空间很大。结论提高待遇、完善考核标准,调动参训医师和带教老师的积极性,将有利于保证培训的质量。

Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of standardized training of residents in northern Jiangsu so as to provide reference for perfecting resident training policy and contents. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on residents who were participating in or completed training in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University. Results The standardized training of residents is good in general as a whole, but 53.0% of the residents believe that there still exists deficiencies in training treatment, the teachers’ enthusiasm, assessment standards and so on and has large space to improve. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the treatment, improve the assessment criteria and mobilize the enthusiasm of residents and teachers and these will help ensure the quality of training.
