住院医师规范化培训在重症医学科临床教学中的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 重症医学科是一门涉及多学科的新兴学科,具有多学科交叉的特点。住院医师规范化培训是临床医师成长的重要环节,重症医学住院医师规范化培训制度目前正处于不断的探索及完善阶段。在重症医学科救治的危重患者常常病情变化快、临床表现多样性。因此,对于重症医学住院医师规范化培训的临床教学既重要又有一定的难度,它与传统的专科教学模式既有相似之处但也有区别,在进行重症医学住院医师规范化培训时应区别对待。文章结合笔者所在的重症医学科住院医师规范化培训过程中出现的问题及经验进行探讨,为完善重症医学住院医师规范化培训的临床教学工作提供参考。 CCM (critical care medicine) is an emerging discipline which is related to multi-disciplines, and it has the characteristic of multidisciplinary intersecting. Standardized training of resident physicians is an important part of the growth of clinicians. The standardized training system of clinicians of ICU is still at the stage of continuous exploration and improvement. The illness of critical patients in ICU department often changes rapidly and has the diversity of clinical manifestations. Therefore the clinical teaching is of great importance for the standardized training of ICU. It is not only similar to but also different from the traditional professional teaching model. As such, it should be treated differently in the standardized training of intensive medical residents. The present paper addresses the problems and experiences in the course of standardized training of resident physicians in ICU, which will provide the reference for the improvement of the clinical teaching of the standardized training for resident physicians in severe medical treatment.
