179例不同等级医院儿童慢性咳嗽病因组成调查结果及分析

Investigation and Analysis of Etiology Composition of Chronic Cough in Children With Different Grade Hospitals

目的研究不同级别医院收治的住院儿童慢性咳嗽病因构成的特点,通过分析结果的不同,讨论其原因,指导临床医生合理的治疗。方法选取湖北省人民医院及孝感市孝南区妇幼保健院2012年3月—2016年3月的住院儿科患者中符合慢性咳嗽的儿童患者186例纳入研究。其中,湖北省人民医院患儿132例,孝感市孝南区妇幼保健院住院患儿54例。结果湖北省人民医院儿童慢性咳嗽首位病因为胃食管反流性咳嗽(38.64%),而孝感市孝南区妇幼保健院慢性咳嗽首位病因为上气道咳嗽综合征(40.74%);两组住院患儿各慢性咳嗽病因构成比例对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对不同级别医院的符合慢性咳嗽的住院儿童患者,其住院因素多有不同,与病因来源及医院的级别和检查设施等因素相关,临床治疗应个体化具体化进行。

Objective To study the composition of chronic cough etiology ofhospitalized children in different grades of hospital, and to discuss the causesand discuss the rational treatment of clinicians by analyzing the differences.Methods A total of 186 children with chronic cough were enrolled in thehospital pediatric patients from March 2012 to March 2016 in Hubei ProvincialPeople＇s Hospital and Xiaonan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Among them, 132 cases of children in Hubei Provincial People＇s Hospital and54 cases of hospitalized children in Xiaonan District Maternal and Child HealthHospital of Xiaogan County, Hubei Province. Results Hubei province people＇shospital of the frst cause of chronic cough in children gastroesophageal refuxcough （38.64%）, while Xiaogan City Xiaonan Maternal and Child HealthHospital, the first cause of chronic cough in upper airway cough syndrome（40.74%）. There were signifcant differences in the etiology of chronic coughin hospitalized children between the two hospitals （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thereare many factors in hospitalization of hospitalized children with chronic coughin different grade hospitals, which are related to the factors such as the sourceof entry and the level of the hospital and the facilities. The clinical treatmentshould be carried out individually.
