分析前质量控制在临床尿液常规检验中的临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Quality Control Before Clinical Urine Routine Test

目的研究分析前质量控制措施应用于临床尿液常规检验中的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月—2017年1月于本院行临床尿液常规检验的200例受检者纳入研究样本。依据随机原则,将其均分为两组。实验组受检者行分析前质量控制措施,参照组受检者未行分析前质量控制措施,观察两组受检者的不合格标本合计数值、满意合计值。结果实验组受检者的标本总不合格率低于参照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组受检者的满意率高于参照组,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床尿液常规检验中应用分析前质量控制措施得到良好效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pre-analysis of quality control measures in clinical urine routine test. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017, 200 patients who underwent clinical urine routine test were included in the study. According to the random principle, they were divided into two groups. The experimental group received the pre-analysis quality control measures. The quality control measures before the subjects were not analyzed by the reference group, the total number of unqualifed specimens of the two groups was observed and the total value was satisfactory. Results The total disqualification rate of the specimen in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference between the groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the subjects in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference between the groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The quality control measures used before clinical urine routine examination have good effect.
