痰GeneXpert MTB/RIF临床应用探讨

To Discuss the Clinical Application Value of Sputum GeneXpert MTB/RIF Detection Technology

目的探讨痰GeneXpert MTB/RIF检测技术在基层结核病定点医疗机构诊断结核病中临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2014年7月—2017年7月南通市通州区第二人民医院就诊患者中同时行痰涂片及痰GeneXpert MTB检测的患者442例,其中男性316例,女性126例,年龄为11~93岁,分析痰GeneXpert MTB检测技术在基层医疗机构临床诊断结核病中的应用价值。结果痰涂片阳性患者中,同时行GeneXpert MTB检出的比例93.38%(141/151),GeneXpert MTB未检出的比例为6.62%(10/151),所有痰涂片阴性患者中,GeneXpert MTB检出42例,比例为14.95%(42/281)。结论痰GeneXpert MTB检测技术有利于提高基层医疗机构结核病快速诊断水平。

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of sputum GeneXpert MTB/RIF detection technology in tuberculosis diagnosis of primary medical institutions designated for tuberculosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 442 patients who received sputum smear and sputum GeneXpert MTB from July 2014 to July 2017 in Tongzhou District Second People＇s hospital was conducted in Nantong. There were 316 male and 126 female, and the age was 11~93 years old. To analyze the application value of phlegm GeneXpert MTB detection technology in the clinical diagnosis of tuberculosis in medical institutions of the grass-roots level. Results In the sputum smear positive patients, the ratio of GeneXpert MTB was 93.38% （141/151）. The proportion of undetected GeneXpert MTB was 6.62% （10/151）. Of all sputum negative patients, 42 cases were detected by GeneXpert MTB, with a proportion of 14.95% （42/281）. Conclusion Sputum GeneXpert MTb detection technology is beneficial for improving the rapid diagnosis level of tuberculosis of primary medical institutions.
